Acute toxicity LD50 mice (mg/kg) : 8,000 oral, 47 subcutaneous injection, 25 intravenous. Add bei ester is a non peptide protein which can inhibit trypsin inhibitors, curve, stimulating release enzyme, fibrin dissolve enzyme, thrombin etc protease activity, which stop these enzymes caused pathophysiological changes. In animal experimental acute pancreatitis, which can inhibit trypsin, alleviate activated pancreatic damage, and serum amylase, lipase activity and urea nitrogen rising situation is improved obviously.
